The Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) announced on the 22nd that Choi Tae-won, Chairman of KCCI and SK Group, will visit the National Assembly on the 5th of next month to meet with leaders of both ruling and opposition parties.

In addition to Chairman Choi, regional chamber presidents, full-time vice chairmen of KCCI, and vice chairmen of the Seoul Chamber of Commerce will also participate. The business community is expected to convey the industry's stance on advanced industries, climate crisis response, and deregulation of corporate activities in line with the start of the regular National Assembly session, and to request legislative and institutional support for these matters. Chairman Choi also visited the National Assembly in May 2021. Meanwhile, on the same day in the afternoon, Chairman Choi will hold a meeting with National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-shik at the KCCI building in Jung-gu, Seoul.
