Gifticon Transactions for Bonjuk and Hollys on KakaoTalk Suspended Due to TMEF Settlement Delays
Some Franchise Brand Gifticons Also Discontinued for Sale
Transactions of gifticons for Bonjuk and Hollys on KakaoTalk Gift have been suspended. This is a fallout from the delayed settlements issue involving 'TMEF' (Timon and Wemakeprice).
According to the ICT industry on the 20th, Kakao has stopped selling gifticons of certain franchise brands such as Bonjuk and Hollys, issued by mobile voucher issuer M12, on KakaoTalk Gift since the 16th.
The bottom of the gifticons for these brands displays a message stating "This product is under inspection," making purchases impossible. The use of previously purchased gifticons for these brands has also been suspended.
