NC, 'TL' Global Launch Confirmed for October 1
Latest Update with Skill Specialization Applied
September 26 Preview Server Opens
NCSoft announced on the 19th that it will launch the global service of the MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) ‘THRONE AND LIBERTY (TL)’ on October 1st.
NCSoft, together with TL’s global publisher Amazon Games, plans to incorporate user test feedback before the release to improve key content such as combat, progression, and guild matching. Features that received positive reviews in recent domestic updates, such as ‘Skill Specialization’ and ‘Life-style Content (Fishing, Cooking, Amitoy Expedition),’ will also be applied to the global version.
Previously, NCSoft conducted an Open Beta Test (OBT) from the 18th to the 24th of last month. According to the Steam database, the test recorded over 60,000 peak concurrent users on the first day, making it the MMORPG with the highest number of users on Steam.
Laura Sturr, General Manager of Operations at Amazon Games, said, "The test results have increased our confidence and expectations for the TL launch. We will release the game reflecting various user feedback and improvements."
