Busan Office of Education Joins Efforts to Make Busan a Happier Place for Children
Various Programs Showcased at Busan Children's Expo
The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education will participate in the '2024 Busan Children's Expo,' which will be held for two days on the 16th and 17th at Exhibition Hall 2 of BEXCO.
This event is organized to present a vision for children, the leaders of the future generation, to grow into outstanding talents, and to discuss the educational environment and direction.
Hosted by the 'Children's Expo Organizing Committee' and sponsored by the Busan Metropolitan Government, Busan Metropolitan Office of Education, and Busan Metropolitan Council, this expo is held under the theme of 'Creating a Happy Korea for Children,' with participation from over 40 institutions and companies. Various cultural and artistic performances, including magic shows, concerts, and fusion Korean traditional music, will take place every hour at the venue.
The Office of Education will present participatory programs such as health promotion, environment and ecology, nutrition and school meals, and science experiences. Experience booths will also be set up and operated for visitors to participate directly. In addition, a special promotional booth for Busan's educational policies will be operated for children, parents, and citizens to introduce excellent educational policies such as the Busan-style Neulbom School and Morning Change.
