Kiturami Group Delivers 50 Million Won in Scholarships to Low-Income Families... "Opportunities for Growth Should Be Given Despite Hardships"
Daegu Dalseo-gu (District Mayor Lee Taehun) announced on the 13th that it has signed a business agreement with Kiturami Group (Chairman Choi Jinmin) to support scholarship programs for low-income families and received a scholarship fund of 50 million won.
Kiturami Group established the Kiturami Cultural Foundation in 1985 and has been carrying out scholarship programs to foster local talent and promote regional development in cooperation with local governments nationwide. Over the past 39 years, through the Kiturami Cultural Foundation and Kiturami Welfare Foundation, the group has promoted a variety of social contribution projects worth 55.3 billion won, including support for academic research, educational institutions, and social welfare facilities, in addition to scholarship programs.
