South Korean women's table tennis team clinched the Olympic team event bronze medal for the first time in 16 years.
Composed of Shin Yubin, Lee Eunhye (both from Korean Air), and Jeon Jihee (Mirae Asset Securities), South Korea defeated Germany 3-0 in the bronze medal match of the women's team event at the 2024 Paris Olympics held on the 10th at the South Paris Arena in France, securing the bronze medal.
With this, Korean table tennis earned a medal in this event for the first time in 16 years since the bronze at the 2008 Beijing Games.
