It includes all training to improve knowledge of industrial safety and health laws and practical skills. DL E&C centralized the management of mandatory training completion for all sites to ensure that no safety manager is overlooked.
The job training consisted of advanced courses covering specialized fields such as safety reviews for heavy material handling and ground safety preparation for the rainy season, as well as safety psychology, leadership, and health practices. DL E&C stated that the training was designed not only to enhance the individual job capabilities of safety managers but also to foster a sense of responsibility for safety management.
In particular, this training included a "Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course," where participants learned both theory and practice of CPR methods such as chest compressions, artificial respiration, and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Through this, all safety managers obtained CPR certificates certified by the Korean Association of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
