Gyeonggi-do and Jeonbuk Hold Youth 'Exchange Camp'... August 5-9
Gyeonggi Province will hold a 'Youth Exchange Camp' with Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province to nurture future generation talents.
Gyeonggi Province announced that, according to the win-win development agreement signed with Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province last year, it will newly promote youth exchange starting this year and hold a youth exchange camp for 4 nights and 5 days from the 5th to the 9th of this month.
Thirty youths from Gyeonggi and thirty youths from Jeonbuk will visit Hwaseong Haenggung Palace in Suwon, Gyeonggi, and Taekwondowon in Muju, Jeonbuk, to engage in historical and cultural exploration as well as group mock trials.
Kang Hyun-seok, Director of the Future Lifelong Education Bureau of Gyeonggi Province, said, "We hope this exchange camp will provide an opportunity for mutual exchange and communication beyond regional boundaries for youths from Gyeonggi Province and Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province."

Meanwhile, Gyeonggi Province conducted exchange camps in May and July where youths from Jeollanam-do and Gyeonggi visited each other's regions to experience culture and strengthen friendship.
