The district supports customized home repairs within a maximum budget of 5 million KRW per household, including ▲safety repairs such as security window installation and roof leak fixes ▲energy performance improvements like air conditioner and boiler repairs ▲internal facility repairs and replacements such as wallpaper, flooring, sinks, and washbasins.
Applications for the second half home repair project can be submitted by visiting the resident center of the building where the applicant lives by the 23rd of this month. After application submission is complete, the district will conduct on-site visits to applicant households, prioritize them, and select the final beneficiaries. Repairs will be carried out sequentially starting in September. In the first half of the year, a total of 12 households were supported through the Jung-gu Style Home Repair Project.
