Seodaemun-gu Offers Up to 30% Onnuri Gift Certificate Refund for Seafood Purchases at Yeongcheon Market
Seodaemun-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Seongheon) announced on the 1st that from the 3rd to the 9th of this month, an event will be held at Independence Gate Yeongcheon Market where up to 30% of the purchase amount for domestic seafood will be refunded in Onnuri gift certificates.
This event is supported by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries to stabilize the perceived price of seafood and promote consumption. Customers who purchase seafood worth 34,000 KRW or more will receive Onnuri gift certificates worth 10,000 KRW, and those who purchase 67,000 KRW or more will receive certificates worth 20,000 KRW.

The refund is based on the amount spent on domestic seafood purchased on the same day, and can be claimed once during the event period with a limit of 20,000 KRW. Visitors can purchase domestic seafood at participating stores, then bring their receipt and ID to the refund booth inside Independence Gate Yeongcheon Market.
