Woori Bank Raises Mortgage Loan Interest Rates Again... Up to 0.3%p Increase
Woori Bank will raise its mortgage loan rates by up to 0.3 percentage points.
According to the financial sector on the 30th, Woori Bank decided to increase the fixed-rate mortgage loan interest rates (based on 5 years) by 0.15 to 0.30 percentage points starting August 2.
The increase details are as follows: ▲ Branch apartment mortgage loans (including refinancing) by 0.30 percentage points ▲ Branch non-apartment mortgage loans by 0.30 percentage points ▲ Non-face-to-face apartment mortgage loans (including refinancing) by 0.20 percentage points ▲ Non-face-to-face multi-family and row house mortgage loans by 0.15 percentage points.
