50 SMEs Secure $14.4 Million Contracts at Export Consultation Meeting
'K-Collection with KCON LA 2024' Successfully Concludes
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Foundation for Large and Small Enterprises and Agriculture-Fisheries Cooperation announced that the 'K-COLLECTION with KCON LA 2024,' held over three days from the 26th to the 28th, concluded successfully.
In this event, 50 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the consumer goods sectors such as beauty, food, and content, aiming to enter the U.S. market, participated in B2C promotional events and B2B export consultations, pursuing contracts worth a total of $14.4 million (approximately 20 billion KRW) and achieving on-site sales of $170,000 (about 230 million KRW).
Simultaneously, during the export consultation sessions, 399 consultations were conducted with 51 local buyers, resulting in contracts worth $270,000 (approximately 370 million KRW).

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Cooperation Foundation plan to support follow-up management to ensure continuous consultations between participating companies and buyers. Products from participating SMEs will be available for purchase through the K-Collection online curated mall until the end of the year.
