Korea Investment & Securities Provides Integrated Pension Asset Inquiry Service on MTS
Korea Investment & Securities, a subsidiary of Korea Financial Group, announced on the 30th that it will provide an integrated pension asset inquiry service through the MTS 'Hantu' application (app).
This service uses MyData to gather and provide pension asset information from all financial institutions, including Korea Investment & Securities, in one place. Users can check key information such as the status of accumulated funds, contribution limits, investment product composition, and yield information for defined contribution (DC) retirement pensions, individual retirement pensions (IRP), personal pensions, and individual savings accounts (ISA). However, MyData connection is required to use the service.
The pension asset portfolio can also be easily adjusted. In addition to changing contribution limits and making additional deposits, the service offers functions to convert a matured brokerage-type ISA to an IRP or transfer pension assets held at other companies. Those who apply to participate in the pension asset transfer event running until the end of September and transfer their IRP, personal pension, or brokerage-type ISA accounts from other companies can receive prizes such as coffee coupons or department store gift certificates.
Hong Deok-gyu, Head of the Retirement Pension Division, said, "We hope customers can manage their pension assets more easily and conveniently and systematically plan their lives after retirement," adding, "We plan to continuously advance the service to enhance convenience for pension investment online."
