On the 28th, an online community, Bobae Dream, posted a story like this. The author, Mr. A, attached a photo along with the post saying, "They park on the pedestrian sidewalk as if it’s a designated spot." In the revealed photo, a black taxi is parked on the sidewalk connected to the apartment entrance. Because the vehicle is parked on the sidewalk, residents cannot pass through or move wheelchairs freely.
Mr. A lamented, "I have called the management office about five times," adding, "Whether there is a parking spot or not, they habitually park there." He continued, "That household has two vehicles: a taxi and a Carnival. They alternate parking. It seems like they have two kids too, but I wonder what they are learning from this. I don’t care about what they learn since it’s their family matter, but I’m curious if they park like this because of mental issues. Someone with mental problems moved in, and it’s a headache."
As the story became known, netizens responded with various comments such as, "What did I just see? This is next level," "This should be reported to the National Petition Service," "A truly novel villain," "It’s so natural that I didn’t even realize what was wrong," and "I want to follow them around and report."
