Zelensky: "Action Plan to Achieve Peace by November"
Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, announced that he will create an action plan outlining the steps to be taken progressively to achieve peace by the end of November.
In an interview with Japan's NHK on the 28th, President Zelensky said regarding measures to end the war, "I have assigned tasks to the diplomatic team, and it will be completed by the end of November."
He also reiterated his previous stance, stating, "We cannot accept demands for a ceasefire while Russia occupies our territory."
Ukraine is advocating the 'Ukraine Peace Formula,' which centers on the withdrawal of Russian troops and the preservation of Ukrainian territory. Last month, a peace conference was held in Switzerland attended by 83 countries and organizations. Russia and China did not participate in this conference.
