The fire authorities announced that at 8:04 a.m. that day, the fire was initially controlled and the response level was downgraded to Level 1.
Earlier, a report of the fire was received at 4:47 a.m., and firefighters were dispatched within 11 minutes. The fire department issued a Level 1 response at 4:58 a.m., then escalated it to Level 2 at 5:21 a.m. to carry out firefighting operations.
