By entering the Indian market, which has a population of 1.4 billion, the company is taking the lead in globalizing Andong Soju, a representative Korean traditional liquor.
Andong City and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province are promoting the globalization of Andong Soju through participation in international liquor expos, the introduction of the governor's quality certification system, and the development of a joint Andong Soju brand. Thanks to these efforts, the export value of Andong Soju has been growing at an average annual rate of 170%.
In July, Andong Soju was selected as one of the '33 National Representative Food Tourism Contents' by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
