11st announced on the 25th that it has decided to allow the use of Gifticons sold on Wemakeprice that consumers have not yet used.
According to this decision, Gifticons sold on Wemakeprice can be used as long as they are within the validity period. If the seller name on Wemakeprice is listed as 'Gifticon', the product can be used normally. 11st has been selling Yogiyo, Baedal Minjok, Shinsegae gift certificates, and others on Wemakeprice.
According to 11st, the scale of unused Gifticons sold on Wemakeprice currently amounts to about 1 billion KRW. A 11st official said, "We made this decision prioritizing consumer convenience even if the unsettled losses increase," adding, "We will continue to do our best to prevent consumer inconvenience."
11st does not directly sell Gifticons on Tmon, where a similar payment settlement delay occurred.
