Gwangju Seo-gu Operates 'One-Day Happiness Pharmacy' to Help Employees Overcome Stress
Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Kim Ikang) announced on the 24th that it operated a 'One-Day Happiness Pharmacy' at the Seo-gu Office Deulbul Hall to help employees overcome stress.
Employees who visited the Happiness Pharmacy measured accumulated physical fatigue through a Bio Macpa (HRV) test and checked their psychological state through picture counseling.
Additionally, the happiness medicine prescription and photo booth for program participants were very popular.
Seogu District Office operated a 'One-Day Happiness Pharmacy' on the 24th at Deulbul Hall in Seogu to help employees overcome stress.

Seo-gu also operates an online accessible mental diagnosis program at all times through a specialized Employee Assistance Program (EAP) institution.
Individual psychological counseling services are also provided for high-risk stress groups or employees who wish to receive them.
Starting in September, Seo-gu plans to operate a 'Visiting Expert Counseling Service' targeting administrative welfare centers and civil service departments with high fatigue levels due to malicious complaints and public service tasks.
Kim Ikang, Mayor of Seo-gu, said, "Creating a workplace culture where employees can work happily and excitedly without stress or work burden will lead to increased trust in administration and improved quality of service," adding, "We will continue to operate various programs that protect employees' mental health from their perspective."
