On the 23rd, the National Assembly's Public Administration and Security Committee held a plenary meeting in the morning and approved the confirmation hearing plan and the summons for witnesses and reference persons.
The witnesses selected include Lee Won-mo, former Personnel Secretary of the Presidential Office, related to police personnel verification interviews; Noh Gyu-ho, former Head of Investigation at Gyeongbuk Police Agency, related to the retrieval of records in the Chae Sang-byeong case; Lee Jong-ho, former CEO of Black Pearl Investment, and Jo Byung-no, former Head of the Public Safety Department at Seoul Police Agency, related to lobbying allegations for the ex-Marine 1st Division Commander Lim Seong-geun.
