Busan Urban Corporation Donates 5 Million Won for Heavy Rain Disaster Recovery Fund
Emergency Relief Support for Affected Areas Including Chungbuk
Busan Metropolitan Corporation (BMC) has provided emergency disaster recovery funds to regions such as North Chungcheong and North Gyeongsang, where damage is accumulating due to heavy rainfall.
On the 23rd, BMC delivered a donation of 5 million KRW to the National Disaster Relief Association for disaster recovery and support for displaced residents in Yeongdong County in North Chungcheong, Nonsan City and Seocheon County in South Chungcheong, Wanju County in North Jeolla, and Ibam-myeon in Yeongyang County, North Gyeongsang, which were designated as special disaster areas as a priority.
The donation will be used for emergency relief at the disaster sites, support for supplies and temporary housing, and recovery efforts.
