Shinhan Super Sol Surpasses 5 Million Users... Conducts In-depth Customer Survey
Shinhan Financial Group's super application, 'Shinhan Super SOL,' has surpassed 5 million users. In response, Shinhan Financial plans to conduct an in-depth customer survey (FGI) to enhance the service experience.
According to the financial sector on the 22nd, Shinhan Financial, together with Shinhan Bank's Consumer Protection Department and the Korea Productivity Center, plans to conduct an FGI over approximately three months to strengthen the customer experience of Shinhan Super SOL.
As part of the FGI schedule, a customer forum was held on the 20th in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, where heavy users of financial apps such as Shinhan, Toss, and KB attended and candidly shared their improvement suggestions for Shinhan Super SOL based on their diverse financial app usage experiences.
By continuously and actively reflecting feedback based on the actual experiences of Shinhan Super SOL customers, the number of users surpassed 5 million just seven months after its launch in December last year.
Additionally, Shinhan Financial has set the group’s digital platform strategy direction as ‘Super SOL First’ and plans to integrate various functions and benefits of group companies centered on Shinhan Super SOL through the adoption of the latest technologies, offering customers a simpler and new experience.
