Daebang Group Continues Subscription Frenzy for Sale-by-Price System with 'Uiwang Gocheon Dietre'

Daebang Group is set to continue the subscription fever for the price ceiling system complexes in Uiwang, Seoul metropolitan area. Daebang Group has been praised for reversing the subscription market atmosphere during the downturn by successfully attracting subscriptions consecutively in Gwacheon and Dongtan.
According to the Korea Real Estate Agency's Subscription Home, on the 2nd (Tuesday), the first-priority subscription for ‘Gwacheon Dieter Prestige’ attracted 103,513 applicants for 453 units. On the 9th (Tuesday), the first-priority subscription for ‘Dongtan 2 New Town Dongtan Station Daebang Elyum The Signature’ drew 116,621 applicants for 186 units, setting the record for the highest number of first-priority subscriptions in 2024.
The ‘Uiwang Gocheon District Daebang Dieter Central,’ scheduled for sale in August, is a post-sale complex with relatively fast move-in and the advantage of easier quality verification compared to typical pre-sale complexes. Nearby, the planned ‘Indeokwon~Dongtan double-track railway’ is expected to enhance future value.
According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s real transaction price disclosure system, ‘Uiwang The Sharp Castle,’ located in the old town, has established market prices, with an 84㎡ unit traded at 848 million KRW in July. Despite being located in the new town, ‘Uiwang Gocheon Dieter’ is expected to have a reasonably priced sale price due to the application of the price ceiling system.
Uiwang City, where the complex is located, boasts high accessibility to Seoul due to its proximity to Gwacheon, known as ‘Jun-Gangnam.’ The ‘Gwacheon-Bongdam Urban Expressway,’ ‘Gyeongsu-daero,’ and ‘Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway’ are nearby, allowing access to major Gangnam areas such as Sadang and Yangjae within about 20 minutes by car. It is also convenient to travel to nearby major metropolitan areas such as Anyang, Suwon, Gunpo, and Bundang.
The complex is adjacent to Uiwang City Hall and Obongsan Mountain, allowing residents to enjoy both nature and urban atmosphere. An elementary school site (scheduled to open in March 2026) is right in front, promising a safe commuting environment for young children. ‘Hyundai Motor Research Institute’ and ‘Hyundai Rotem Headquarters’ are about 10 minutes by car, and ‘Uiwang Technopark,’ ‘Gunpo Advanced General Industrial Complex,’ and ‘Anyang IT Valley’ are also within about 10 minutes by car, providing excellent proximity to workplaces.
