The 'Green Remodeling Construction for National and Public Daycare Centers' targets old daycare centers with low energy efficiency that have an area of 1,000㎡ or more and care for 100 or more children. It is a Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport public project aimed at reducing carbon dioxide and greenhouse gases and improving energy performance.
The district plans to significantly improve heating and cooling energy efficiency through construction work on older daycare centers, including wall insulation, window replacement, installation of heat recovery ventilation systems, and replacement of high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment.
