Gyeonggi Office of Education to Operate College Admission Counseling Room from Next Month 1 to 27
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will operate a college admission counseling center from the 1st to the 27th of next month.
On the 18th, the Office announced that this year there are many changes in the college admission process, such as an increase in medical school quotas, expansion of non-major admissions, and reduction in teacher training college admissions, and plans to focus the counseling on these changes.
The counseling schedule is divided into in-person counseling (1st to 9th) and video counseling (5th to 27th). The in-person counseling centers will be operated at the Gyeonggi Admission Information Northern Center located in the northern office of the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education and the Southern Center at the Gyeonggi Research Institute.

Applications for video counseling will be accepted starting at 3 PM on the 23rd of this month, and for in-person counseling starting at 3 PM on the 24th, on a first-come, first-served basis. Any high school students in the province preparing for college admission and out-of-school youth can apply, and the service is free of charge.
