KB Insurance announced on the 16th that it held the launch ceremony of the futsal team for youth preparing for independence, ‘Run Run FS,’ at the indoor futsal court in Sangam DMC, Seoul, in collaboration with the social welfare foundation Holt Children’s Services.
‘Run Run (Run Learn) FS (Futsal)’ is a new social contribution project linked to the Run Run Challenge, which KB Insurance has been operating for four years since 2021. The futsal team was established to promote the health improvement and network formation of youth preparing for independence who have an interest in soccer, thereby laying the foundation for a social support system.
Run Run FS is even more meaningful in that it utilized the talents of beneficiaries who actively participated in the Run Run Challenge and achieved excellent results. Park Han-su from the 3rd Run Run Challenge participated in designing the Run Run FS logo and creating the uniforms, and Shin Min-gyu from the 3rd group was appointed as the soccer coach of Run Run FS. Together with 15 youth preparing for independence, they have started training to participate in an amateur tournament at the end of the year.

A KB Insurance official said, “Social contribution projects require a continuous management system, such as creating communities for beneficiaries, rather than simply providing financial support. KB Insurance will continue to promote various projects to help talented and passionate youth preparing for independence achieve healthy independence and realize their dreams.”
