Youth Startup Support Program Expected to Boost Activity
The Startup Support Group at Dong-A University (President Lee Haewoo) is holding the '2024 Hana Social Venture University' entrepreneurship education program until the 26th to promote youth entrepreneurship in the Busan area.
'Hana Social Venture University' is a youth entrepreneurship development program linked with hub universities. It is operated by Hana Financial Group and the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and managed by Underdogs Co., Ltd. The program aims to discover and nurture young local entrepreneurs and build a local startup ecosystem.
This year, Dong-A University was selected for the second consecutive year as the hub university for the Yeongnam region, providing basic entrepreneurship education, mutual learning programs between startup teams, overseas market exploration, and practical coaching-based startup support.
More than 70 selected participants from the Busan area will receive education from professional startup facilitators in eight sessions until the 26th, covering topics such as refining startup ideas, strengthening entrepreneurial capabilities, establishing business models, and writing business plans.
The Dong-A University Startup Support Group (Startup Incubation Center) also plans to continuously support participants after the program through overseas market exploration, consulting throughout the entire startup process, and follow-up business connections.
