The Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed the joint statement by the heads of NATO member countries issuing a 'warning message' regarding the strengthening of military cooperation between North Korea and Russia. NATO leaders condemned North Korea's arms exports to Russia and expressed serious concerns.
