Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) is hosting the "4th Video Contest" to widely promote various local policies and hidden attractions, allowing people to rediscover the charm of Gwangjin-gu.
This contest, themed "Gwangjin-e ON (On) Na," invites submissions showcasing ▲ the appearance of Gwangjin-gu marking the 2nd anniversary of the 8th elected administration ▲ Gwangjin-gu policies ▲ popular spots including places to enjoy, see, and eat, and other content expressing Gwangjin-gu. The videos should be under 2 minutes and can be in any format such as vlogs, music videos, documentaries, or short-form videos.
Anyone nationwide interested in Gwangjin-gu can participate. Twenty works will be selected by a panel of judges, and the final winners will be determined based on high scores from both public and expert evaluations.
The final awards are ▲ Grand Prize (1 team) 1,000,000 KRW ▲ Excellence Award (2 teams) 700,000 KRW each ▲ Merit Award (5 teams) 300,000 KRW each ▲ Special Award (2 teams) 300,000 KRW each. The Special Award is divided into senior (65 years and older) and youth (19 years and younger) categories to provide opportunities for various age groups to participate.
Completed works should be submitted via email between September 2 and 22. Required documents can be found on the Gwangjin-gu Office website.
