Hi Investment & Securities, Social Contribution Activities Supporting Low-Income Groups for Summer Survival
Hi Investment & Securities announced on the 11th that it conducted a social contribution activity to support low-income vulnerable groups in overcoming the heatwave.
This activity is part of the annual 'Blue Wind' campaign by the DGB Social Contribution Foundation, aimed at preventing heatwave damage, supporting safe summer preparations for children and elderly in vulnerable households.
On the previous day, Hi Investment & Securities President Sung Mu-yong, Shin-gil Comprehensive Social Welfare Center Director Yoo Ji-yeon, and other officials attended the event where summer blankets worth approximately 1 million KRW and support funds worth about 4 million KRW were prepared and delivered to the Shin-gil Comprehensive Social Welfare Center.
The delivered summer blankets will be distributed to 10 elderly households in the local vulnerable community to support their safe and healthy summer. The support funds will be provided to 8 selected vulnerable children’s households with customized assistance for each child, promoting their healthy growth and development.

President Sung Mu-yong of Hi Investment & Securities stated, “We conducted this social contribution activity to offer a small help to low-income vulnerable households in the region,” adding, “Although modest, we will continue social contribution activities to assist places in need.”
