IITP "Selected for Digital Talent Leaders Club... Applications Open Until Next Month 14"
The AI·Digital Talent Alliance and the Institute for Information & Communications Technology Planning and Evaluation (IITP) will begin the selection process for the Digital Talent Leaders Club starting from the 9th.
The Leaders Club is a certification process established to encourage companies and institutions that play a leading role in nurturing digital talent and to spread a culture of digital innovation throughout society through private sector participation.
The Leaders Club selects applicants through a review committee that conducts a two-stage evaluation: Stage 1 suitability assessment and Stage 2 comprehensive evaluation, selecting those with the highest scores. Evaluation criteria comprehensively consider △quality of educational programs △companies’ investment plans for talent development △plans for talent utilization △and the ripple effects for spreading a digital innovation culture.
This year, selections will be made in two tracks: the General Track (2 organizations) and the SME Specialized Track (1 organization). The General Track targets public institutions, associations, and other companies (large enterprises, education-specialized companies), while the SME Specialized Track targets small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies excluding education-specialized companies.
Selected institutions will be awarded a certificate signed by the 'Alliance Private Sector Chairperson,' and outstanding institutions will receive commendations from the Minister of Science and ICT.
To encourage wider participation, the evaluation criteria have been simplified, and the application length limit for the Leaders Club has been improved (maximum of 30 pages for the main text). Additionally, to enhance external promotion and brand awareness of selected institutions, planned media feature articles will be provided.
