Organized by the Gyeongsangbuk-do Culture and Tourism Organization, the selected travel agency will create a one-night, two-day tour package including Hapcheon and Goryeong, and operate it approximately four times for visitors from the Seoul metropolitan area.
On the first day of the trip, various experiences will be offered, such as enjoying a gayageum performance at Gayatgo Village in Goryeong County and trekking through the Daegaya Museum and ancient tombs. On the second day, visitors will explore Hapcheon County's top attractions, including Haeinsa Temple, the Tripitaka Koreana Theme Park, and the Film Theme Park, allowing them to fully experience the charms of both regions.
Kim Yuncheol, the mayor of Hapcheon County, said, "We expect that operating tour packages that connect the tourism resources of both regions will allow us to complement each other's shortcomings, maximize our strengths, and contribute to attracting more tourists."
