Woori Bank has introduced the banking industry's first civil complaint chat consultation service utilizing an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot.
According to the financial sector on the 4th, Woori Bank recently launched the civil complaint chat consultation service called 'Wibee Live AI MinwonTalk.' Wibee Live AI MinwonTalk is available through Woori Bank's banking application, Woori WON (WON) Banking.
Wibee Live AI MinwonTalk operates by having the AI chatbot quickly respond to simple inquiries, while unresolved issues are handled through real-time chat consultations with dedicated civil complaint staff. It supports inquiries on various tasks such as ▲transaction statement issuance ▲certificate login ▲one-time password (OTP) registration ▲reasons for interest rate changes ▲right to request interest rate reduction ▲overdue interest ▲overseas remittance ▲currency exchange, and more.
Wibee Live AI MinwonTalk can be accessed by searching for 'Minwon' in the WON Banking chatbot or by navigating through Guide/Support → Customer Center → Customer Feedback → clicking the Wibee Live AI MinwonTalk banner at the bottom. The service operates from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on business days. Outside these hours, customers can submit complaints via 'Electronic Civil Complaint Submission.'
