Kumho Construction Develops 'Atera Exterior Design'
Application of New Residential Brand 'Atera'
Kumho Construction announced on the 3rd that it has completed the development of the ‘Atera Exterior Design’ to be applied to its new residential brand, ‘Atera’.
The ‘Atera Exterior Design’ consists of building exterior colors and facades, complex entrances, building entrances, underground parking lots, stairwells, and elevator room designs.
The building facade is based on the concept of ‘Transition,’ establishing brand identity by creating Atera’s unique pattern that transitions from surfaces to lines. In particular, it plans to express individuality by forming a three-dimensional facade through mass segmentation, breaking away from the uniform apartment facades, and creating distinctive structural forms using various materials.

View original imageThe building exterior color scheme strengthens brand identity by using navy, the Atera brand color, as the base. From the complex entrance to vehicle entry and exit areas, ramps, vehicle pathways, parking spaces, building entrances, and community entrances, designs and patterns inspired by Atera’s color and symbol mark shape will be applied throughout each section.
A Kumho Construction official said, “We have incorporated Atera’s unique value and brand identity,” adding, “We will continue to introduce designs that embody Atera’s distinctive brand identity to establish it as a differentiated brand with competitiveness.”

Meanwhile, Kumho Construction is launching an aggressive housing business by introducing a new residential brand for the first time in over 20 years. Atera is a word combining ‘ART,’ ‘TERRA,’ and ‘ERA,’ meaning to make the home, a living space, ‘art on the land.’ The ‘Atera Exterior Design’ will be applied sequentially to Atera sales sites.
