The area where the bomb was found is the site where Tesla is considering expanding its factory. Since the end of February, environmental activists opposing this plan have been holding protests there. Tesla had secured about 1 million square meters of nearby forest land to expand the factory but reduced the plan to half its size due to ongoing opposition.
