Kim Young-soon, a member of the Buk-gu Council in Gwangju Metropolitan City, proposed the "Ordinance to Support Dignified Life Arrangement Education for the Elderly."
The ordinance stipulates matters such as ▲providing education on inheritance and funeral procedures for elderly residents aged 65 and over in the district ▲prioritizing support for vulnerable groups in education ▲confidentiality obligations. It passed the review by the Economic and Welfare Committee at the 294th 1st Regular Session and is awaiting approval at the plenary session on the 28th.
