On the 24th, a post titled "The driver is blocking the parking lot and not answering calls" was uploaded on an online community. The author, Mr. A, began by saying, "I tried contacting the vehicle's phone number, but the driver does not answer."
In the photos shared by Mr. A, a black sedan is seen blocking the alley. According to Mr. A's explanation, the alley is presumed to be a passage residents must use to access the parking lot. There is no phone number attached to the vehicle's front windshield.
Mr. A stated, "The police responded to the report but kept repeating that 'there is nothing they can do,'" and added, "I was seriously obstructed in passing through, but this is the first time such a situation has happened, so I don't know how to handle it. It's really frustrating."
Netizens who read the story responded with comments such as, "You can call a tow truck," "People still park like that these days," "People causing inconvenience don't realize they are causing inconvenience," "Parking like that is clearly intentional," "Parking like that is a skill in itself," "A selfish car owner who doesn't think about others being inconvenienced," and "It seems like they are deliberately not answering the phone."
Meanwhile, inconsiderate 'inconvenient parking' has been a hot topic before. On the 21st, a story was shared about someone struggling because a vehicle was occupying two parking spaces, and on the 18th, a case of a vehicle parking strangely without leaving contact information sparked public outrage.

Various legislative amendments related to parking disputes have been proposed in the National Assembly, but many remain dormant without passing the bill review subcommittee. For an amendment to be enacted into law, it must be referred to the Legislation and Judiciary Committee and then submitted to the plenary session, but most parking dispute-related bills fail to pass these stages and face automatic dismissal.
