NCSoft Appoints Kim Jinseop and Lee Jaejin as Candidates for NC QA and IDS CEO Positions

NCSoft announced on the 25th that it has nominated Kim Jin-seop, head of the QA Center (Executive Director), and Lee Jae-jin, former CEO of Woongjin ThinkBig, as CEO candidates for the newly established subsidiaries 'NC QA' and 'NC IDS,' which are planned to be established through a spin-off.
Director Kim graduated from the Department of Mathematics at Sungkyunkwan University and joined NCSoft in 2003. He is an expert who has been in charge of game and service QA (Quality Assurance) for 20 years and has led the QA Center since 2018.
Candidate Lee is recognized as a professional manager who grew Woongjin Group's IT business division into a system integration (SI) specialized company. After working at Samsung C&T and PwC Consulting, he served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Woongjin Group, CEO of Woongjin, and CEO of Woongjin ThinkBig.

NCSoft plans to finalize the company split and the establishment of NC QA and NC IDS through an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on August 14, and launch the spun-off corporations on October 1.
