North Korea has once again launched filth balloons toward South Korea.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff announced at 9:26 p.m. on the 24th through a message distributed to the Ministry of National Defense press corps, stating, "North Korea is once again releasing objects presumed to be filth balloons toward South Korea," and "Currently, the wind direction is northwest, moving from the northern Gyeonggi region toward the southeast." A JCS official urged, "Please be cautious of falling payloads, and if you find any fallen balloons, do not touch them and report to the nearest military unit or police."
