Air Premia to Hire 60 Experienced Pilots
Applications Accepted Until July 11... Preference Given to B787 Qualified Candidates
Air Premia, a hybrid airline, is recruiting experienced flight crew members.
Air Premia announced on the 24th that it will hire 60 experienced captains and first officers starting from the 26th.
The qualifications for experienced captains include ▲ a total flight time of over 5,000 hours ▲ more than 3,000 hours of flight time as a captain with an airline. For experienced first officers, the requirements are ▲ a total flight time of over 2,000 hours ▲ more than 1,500 hours of flight time with an airline.
Additionally, common requirements include ▲ possession of a domestic transport or commercial pilot license ▲ no disqualifications for overseas travel ▲ a valid domestic aviation English proficiency certificate of level 4 or higher ▲ a valid domestic aviation radio operator certificate ▲ a valid domestic first-class aviation medical certificate. Preference will be given to those holding a B787 type rating.
Applications can be submitted through the Air Premia recruitment website from the 26th until the 11th of next month. After submitting the application, only those who pass the document screening will proceed to an online aptitude test and practical interview, followed by a 'culture fit' interview to assess alignment with Air Premia's values. Experienced first officers will also take a separate written exam.
The announcement of successful candidates and detailed selection schedules can be found on the Air Premia recruitment website. Final successful applicants will join sequentially from September through the first quarter of next year.
