Hoban Group is expanding its family-friendly welfare benefits by extending parental leave for employees up to 2 years and providing 20 million KRW for families with three or more children.

View original imageOn the 24th, Hoban Group announced that it will expand its family-friendly welfare program, "Good Kids Hoban Life," in celebration of its 35th anniversary. This initiative aims to improve employees' quality of life and foster a healthy organizational culture, creating a virtuous cycle where both employees and the company thrive.
The family-friendly welfare program includes various support measures aligned with life stages such as marriage, pregnancy, and childcare. First, employees who get married receive a congratulatory gift of 1 million KRW. For couples experiencing infertility who wish to conceive, infertility treatment costs are supported up to 3.9 million KRW. A 3-day, 2-night prenatal travel package at a domestic resort is also provided.
Childbirth congratulatory bonuses are 5 million KRW for the first child, 10 million KRW for the second child, and 20 million KRW for the third child and beyond. To encourage active paternal involvement in childcare, the “Reliable Dad Leave” can be taken for up to 20 days, divided into a maximum of three separate periods.
The parental leave period has been extended to a maximum of 2 years per individual. Childcare support funds are provided at 200,000 KRW per month for children aged 2 to 3, 100,000 KRW per month for children aged 4 to 6, and up to 8.4 million KRW for children before entering elementary school.
