KB Kookmin Bank "Mortgage Loans Also Available via Video Consultation"
KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 21st that it will expand the range of products available for subscription through mobile video consultations to include mortgage loans and retirement pensions.
'KB Mobile Video Consultation' is a service that allows real-time consultations with financial experts using mobile devices without visiting the bank or installing separate programs. Customers can receive consultations and subscribe to products at the level of face-to-face consultations regardless of time and place.
KB Kookmin Bank currently supports savings/deposits, funds, discretionary ISA, credit loans, and jeonse deposit loans as products available through mobile video consultations. Mortgage loans and retirement pensions (individual IRP) will be added to this list.
