Chosun University K-BioHealth Center Holds Cooperation Meeting with 6 Organizations
The K-BioHealth Regional Center at Chosun University held a cooperation meeting on the 12th to support innovative startup companies in the domestic health industry sector.
The meeting, hosted by Chosun University, was attended by project leaders and staff from Gimhae Life Science Industry Promotion Agency, Daejeon Technopark, Bundang Seoul National University Hospital, Chosun University, Wonju Medical Device Techno Valley, and Incheon Technopark.
The meeting was conducted to gather opinions and hold Q&A sessions regarding continuous support measures for innovative startups and ways to connect the K-BioHealth Regional Center with local hospitals and innovation institutions.
In particular, to expand the achievements of companies supported by the K-BioHealth Regional Center, it was agreed to strengthen performance exchanges among the six regional centers and cooperate to establish a support system.

The K-BioHealth Regional Center support project, led by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Health Industry Development Institute, serves as a regional bio-cluster hub. Through this, the project promotes support for domestic startups within seven years of establishment by utilizing the infrastructure of bio-clusters with excellent facilities and equipment in the region and linking with hospitals.
