Busan Urban Corporation Announces Recruitment for 2nd BMC Smart Home Advisory Group

Busan Metropolitan Corporation (BMC, President Kim Yonghak) is publicly recruiting the 2nd ‘BMC Smart Home Advisory Group’ until July 3 to discover creative and innovative ideas for the creation of smart residential spaces.
The recruitment targets include housewives, newlyweds, young adults, and seniors, with a total of 12 members to be selected. The advisory group will participate in ▲consultation during the design stage of public housing implemented by the corporation ▲quality inspection during the construction stage ▲resident satisfaction surveys ▲housing trend research, and more.
Among the advisory group members, five housewives will be selected, with the qualification being residents of Busan who have lived in multi-family housing for more than five years. In addition, three newlyweds, two young adults, and two seniors will be selected, all of whom must be citizens residing in Busan as of the recruitment announcement date.
The advisory group members will receive an activity fee for each session, and those selected as outstanding members will receive additional rewards. The term of activity is two years from the date of appointment.
The application period for the 2nd ‘BMC Smart Home Advisory Group’ is open until July 3. Final candidates will be selected through a first-stage document screening and a second-stage written review by the evaluation committee. The applicants’ experience and background will be comprehensively reviewed to reflect the diverse needs of residents.
