Dongmyung University Human Rights Center Holds Special Lecture on Preventing Digital Sex Crimes in Everyday Life
Dongmyung University (President Jeon Ho-hwan) held a violence prevention education session on June 13 at the university's main administration building, with over 100 students participating, under the theme "Preventing Digital Sexual Crimes Infiltrating Our Daily Lives."
On this day, with the support of the Busan Women's Violence Prevention Comprehensive Support Center 'Ejen Center,' participants examined the causes of digital sexual crimes from a socio-structural perspective and learned about various sexual crimes such as those occurring in the metaverse and online grooming. The session also raised awareness about illegal filming crimes using digital devices during sports events.
