Ediya Coffee offers customers a differentiated gourmet experience through its ‘Coffee Dining’ program, featuring specialty beverages and desserts.
On the 13th, Ediya Coffee announced that starting in June, it will operate the ‘Coffee Dining’ program at the Ediya Coffee Lab store located in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul.
Coffee Dining is a one-hour course 'Keomakase (Coffee + Omakase)' program consisting of ▲signature drinks ▲brewing coffee ▲premium desserts. This season, themed around early summer, features distinctive menus that evoke bright sunshine, refreshing sea, and the cool atmosphere of summer.
Ediya Coffee’s Coffee Dining was designed to provide customers with a new coffee experience centered on specialty coffee, allowing them to enjoy a variety of beverages and desserts that highlight the deep flavors of raw ingredients, accompanied by explanations from professional baristas in a comfortable atmosphere.
After the program, participants receive ‘Ethiopia Guji Hambela Anaerobic Natural Beans’ blended directly by the Ediya Coffee Research Institute. With notes of raisin, fig, and plum, it offers a harmonious enjoyment of smooth coffee and subtly spreading fruity aromas.
The Coffee Dining program operates with different themes each season and is held three times each on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This dining course, ‘Part 1. Early Summer,’ is available by reservation through the Naver booking platform.
