Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) conducted a "Code of Conduct Training on Prohibition of Workplace Bullying and More" for all employees at its headquarters in Gwonseon-dong, Suwon, on the 12th.

The training was held for two hours with a professional integrity education instructor from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, as part of efforts to eradicate workplace power abuse and establish a mutually respectful work culture.
The training focused on relatable cases for employees regarding the prohibition of power abuse, including ▲prohibition of private labor demands ▲prohibition of unfair acts using job authority ▲prohibition of unfair demands from supervisory agencies.
Additionally, GH will hold an integrity workshop on the 17th and 18th of this month, including visits to integrity heritage sites and integrity activity experiences, to improve organizational integrity awareness among deputy-level employees.
