KSA Opens 'AI Specialized Customized Training Program'
Customized Training for AI Job Transition
The Korea Standards Association announced on the 12th that it will launch a 'Customized AI Specialized Training Program' to provide tailored education for those seeking to enhance their capabilities in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and transition to AI-related jobs.
This program is part of the AI-Centered Industrial Convergence Complex Project, promoted by the AI Industry Convergence Business Group in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and ICT, Gwangju Metropolitan City, and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency. It offers one-on-one job transition consulting based on individual career backgrounds and supports matching and training courses reflecting the consulting results, thereby advancing the job skills of those wishing to transition to AI roles and promoting employment shifts into the AI sector.
The program consists of five job categories: ▲Data Technology ▲AI Modeling ▲AI-Based Services ▲AI Platform & Infrastructure ▲AI Business Development. It will conduct 40 open training sessions nationwide for trainees and 10 customized on-site training sessions for companies in the Gwangju area. Additionally, two seminars will be held to introduce the latest domestic and international AI trends and innovative technologies, discuss talent development linked to AI data centers, and share corporate achievements in utilizing computing resources.
Kang Myung-soo, President of the Korea Standards Association, stated, "We will do our best to alleviate the AI workforce shortage in companies through the customized AI specialized training program."
