Gyeonggi Office of Education Holds 'Integrated Training' for Principals, Vice Principals, and Administrative Directors
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will conduct a training course titled ‘2024 Challenging Together, New Future Leaders’ over two days, from the 13th to the 14th, targeting principals, vice principals, and school administrative managers.
On the 12th, the Office announced that to realize Gyeonggi education centered on school sites beyond job categories, it will hold a total of four integrated training sessions in the second half of this year, focusing on expanding communication and cooperation opportunities for principals, vice principals, and education administrative managers.
The main training topics include ▲ Leadership learned from history ▲ Our day and together ▲ Sharing cases of communication and cooperation at school sites ▲ Presentations on the use of Edutech at school sites ▲ Experiencing Edutech and organizational culture.
The Office will also provide time to share the daily routines of principals, vice principals, administrative managers, and officers through the ‘Our day and together’ course and the ‘Sharing cases of communication and cooperation at school sites’ session.
