A prosecution investigator suspected of being the first to leak investigation information about Lee Seon-gyun has avoided detention.
On the 5th, Judge Son Cheol, in charge of warrants at Suwon District Court, dismissed the pre-arrest warrant for investigator A from the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office, who is accused of leaking official secrets.
Judge Son stated, "The suspect largely admitted to the charges, and there is no risk of flight or evidence tampering," adding, "Important evidence has also been thoroughly collected."
